The West Leigh Murder 2 - The End (Pages 25 - end)

 RATING: OKAY

SPOILERS!!!

I have to say that the resolution of the crime is not too satisfying in my opinion. DI Finney focuses his energies in investigating Tony Gibson, the milkman that the neighbour saw the girl talk to. Finney thought that there were too many coincidences; the man upbraided Teresa that day; he happened to be around the area where the girl's body was found. He seemed honest when he talked, and I thought that he was innocent. Yet, they found DNA of the girl in the lorry, and he turned out to be guilty. I wasn't convinced in the motives: what we learn is that he wanted to do the perfect crime and Teresa was just his random victim.

The novel was interesting but I have to say that I was disappointed at the end.
