The yacht is moored at St Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Saint Thomas is one of the U.S. Virgin Islands in the Caribbean Sea, and an unincorporated territory of the United States. The territorial capital and port of Charlotte Amalie is located on the island. Of the three islands, St. Thomas is the second largest, with St. Croix being the largest, and St. John, the smallest.

Tommy, the security guard, is arrested and taken to Christiansted. Christiansted is a town on the northern shore of St. Croix, one of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The characters end up in Martinica. Martinique is an island in the Lesser Antilles of the West Indies, in the eastern Caribbean Sea.
